Council Asked PPDB Online Implementation to Be Well Prepared

Jakarta Education Dept. is asked to prepare well the new students enrollment (PPDB) process from elementary school (SD) level to high school (SLTA) level.

Do not let the server error because register number increases

Online registration system is planned to be conducted simultaneously in 2017-2018 academic year.

City Council Commission E Vice Chairman, Ramly H.I. Muhammad said, it needs to be well prepared thus no interruption in execution.

Online PPDB Is Held Simultaneously This Year

"Do not let the server error because register number increases," he said, Monday (5/22).

To ensure PPDB online implementation run smoothly, he suggested Jakarta Education Dept. to coordinate with related institution.

"We will appreciate if PPDB online can be done without any obstacles. But, we reminding to not do it after all facilities and infrastructure ready," he affirmed.

The similar thing also expressed by Veril Yonnevil, Secretary of City Council's Commission E. He also wants PPDB online to be done transparently. Moreover, percentage of outstanding student which received in public school must also be balanced.

"Outstanding students, either public or private school, must have the same chance to go to favorite public schools," he closed.
